Life transitions around career, relationships, parenting, and health can spark periods of profound uncertainty and challenge our wellbeing.
My group workshops help attendees develop an uncertainty navigation toolkit tailored to the environments where they live, work, and play.
My workshops are built on 10 years of interdisciplinary research at the University of Oxford (Oxford, UK) and Wesleyan University (Middletown, Connecticut, USA). I have a PhD in Anthropology (University of Oxford) and have conducted in-depth ethnographic research with households navigating life transitions.
My approach is grounded in the social ecological model for health and wellbeing. This means I connect individual experiences to social and environmental contexts, helping people navigate the real-life scenarios they find themselves in.

So many of today’s young people are overwhelmed by anxiety about climate change, school shootings, social injustice, and geopolitical threats alongside normal anxieties around picking the right major, securing a future job, or navigating identity, sexuality, and relationships.
My workshops are ideal for student organizations looking to help young adults:
I am committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in my work.
